Sheeting |
| Electrical Insulation Sheeting |
| Electrical insulation materials are used where non-conductive gaskets, washers, shims, etc are required to insulate an enviroment. There are a variety of these materials to choose from, each with their own di-electric strength and other no-conductive properties which make them suitable for different applications in their respective enviroments. We have extensive experience with the supply of such washers to the starter motor industry. |

| Felt Sheeting |
| Felt is categorised in 3 main categories – Engineering Felt, Saddle Felt and Display Felt. The main component of felt is wool, however, synthetic felt is available for applications such as boat trailers. |
| Vegetable Fibre (Cellulose) Sheeting |
| Vegetable fibre sheeting is a beige coloured gasket sheeting which is oil resistant. This product is available from 0.25mm to 3mm thick and is predominantly used for gaskets in motors, gearboxes and pumps. This material can also be identified by its very specific smell, which, when damp is enhanced. |

| Rubber Bonded Cork |
| Rubber bonded cork is granulated cork bonded with either Nitrile or Neoprene. Cork is resilient and flexible and mainly used in transformers and engines. |
| Chemical Resistant |
| Chemical resistant sheeting comprises of two radically different types of material, i.e. normal Skived PTFE and our Flexatalic Sigma range of re-engineered PTFE sheeting which minimises the effects of cold flow usually associated with skived PTFE sheeting. |
| Asbestos Free |
| Asbestos free sheeting is manufactured from a variety of fibres to substitute asbestos. The most common fibres used are Aramid, Mineral Wool and Glass |
